كمپاني Konik، با بيش از 31 سال تجربه در زمينه طراحي و ساخت دستگاههاي كروماتوگرافي پيشرفته آزمايشگاهي، يكي از پيشگامان اين صنعت در اروپا بوده است و توانسته در طول سالهاي گذشته با وجود كمپانيهاي بزرگ آمريكايي، جايگاه بسيار خوبي را در مراكز تحقيقاتي و صنعتي سراسر جهان بخصوص اروپا كسب نمايد. هماكنون اين كمپاني، بر اساس تجارب خود، نسل جديد دستگاههاي GC و HPLC خود را از ابتداي سال 2010 ميلادي به بازار جهان ارائه نموده است كه داراي مشخصات منحصر بفرد خود ميباشد بطوريكه توانسته است در نمايشگاه Pittcon آمريكا جوايزي را كسب نمايد .
سري جديد HRGC5000B با طراحي جديد ، داراي مشخصات فني منحصر بفردي ميباشد كه تاكنون توسط هيچ كمپاني ديگري ارائه نشده است و به عنوان اختراع ثبت شده كمپاني Konik به حساب ميآيد.
از مهمترين مشخصات انحصاري اين كمپاني، ميتوان به موارد زير اشاره نمود:

در انژكتورهاي جديد اين دستگاه،يك سيستم خنك كننده با هوا تعبيه گرديده كه سپتوم انژكتور را دماي زير 50 درجه سانتيگراد نگاه ميدارد. لذا چون هيچگونه تبخيري در سپتوم صورت نميگيرد، پديده Septum Purge بوجود نميآيد. لذا Septum bleeding بوجود نيامده و عمل Discrimination براي مواد فرار حذف ميگردد. اين موضوع موجب ميشود رزولوشن و تكرار پذيري و حد تشخيص به ميزان بسيار زيادي بهبود يابد.

بخش آون اين دستگاه داراي دو گردش هواي دروني و بيروني ميباشد. بدين ترتيب كه هواي خنك در جدار بيروني آون در حال گردش مي باشد كه اين موضوع موجب كاهش اينرسي دمايي آون شده و سرعت گرم و سرد شدن و كنترل دماي آون تا 10 برابر بهبود مييابد.

The specifications and performance of the new model KONIK HRGC 5000 B are second to none. In the 5000B we have improved the pneumatics with a higher accuracy A/D converter. This once more, following KONIK’s commitment to upgradeability of its full range of instruments, is a KONIK module that can be retrofitted to models 4000B, 4000C and 5000A and is standard in model 5000B. The KONIK HRGC 5000B has been designed for all conventional and special GC applications including Multivalve-Multicolumns Systems (RGA, NGA, PONA, PIANO, TOGA,…), as well as Fast and Multidimensional GC-GC and for multidimensional HPLC-GC (a KONIK patent) and HPLC-GC-GC. All these options can be fitted into the KONIK 5000B at any time, providing full insurance for the fast evolving future as more and more applications and methods come into place. The superb low inertia, fast heating and cooling, high precision oven (+/-0.1 ºC displayed) already introduced in the 5000A and the unique Cold Septum (purgeless) injection technology and exceptional flow controls of detector gases, along with the full range of detectors with their fast electrometers, remain unchanged. The state-of-the-art electronics, based on FPGA,s and micro embedded PC,s, that KONIK developed for its KONIK Q12 Mass Spectrometer, has now been also implemented in its range of HRGC’s allowing total diagnostics and remote control of the systems via internet and simple TCP/IP protocols. Powerful and Flexible Sample handling. Multimodal and Multi-technique Sample Preparation and Sample Introduction is provided by the unique RoboKrom, the first and only Robotic Platform able to perform Static Head Space (HS), Dynamic Purge and Trap (P&T), Solid Phase Micro Extraction (SPME), Thermal Desorption, Sample Derivation and Micro-Concentration, besides standard injections in any GC and/or HPLC. The KONIK HRGC 5000 B Series Gas Chromatograph is a High Resolution modular system integrated in one structural unit. Its unique design allows for constant upgrading and equipment modernization to any future analytical requirement, without modifying its external appearance or basic structure. The most common upgrades, as well as the necessary modifications for specific applications were considered while designing the HRGC 5000 B. The optimal configuration for any specific application is obtained by selecting the basic version and customizing the unit by adding the required options for the analysis desired: injector options, detector options, valve switching devices, backflushing devices, autosampler, head space, control software, data processing, etc.
